The Car Park is open from 6am and closes at 10pm everyday, except Christmas Day whereby the car park is closed for the entire day.

You can find our toilets on the Ground Level next door to the entrance to TKMaxx. Disabled toilets are on Level 1 next to the lifts, using the Radar key system.

Palace Shopping now has one simple, seamless free WiFi network. Just look for PalaceShopping in your WiFi options and get connected instantly.
All store entrances in Palace Exchange can be found on the ground floor. This can be accessed from the car park via the lifts. Individual stores that have upper levels also have lift access.
Enfield Town provides Shopmobility at two locations with access to manual and powered wheelchairs and powered mobility scooters.

All well behaved dogs are welcome at Palace Shopping - in both Gardens and Exchange. Please check individual stores as whilst some accept dogs, many don’t. Please follow our ‘petiquette’ shown on signs in the centre. Please keep dogs on a lead and be sure to clean up after them.
